Was not informed until we arrived that we needed to give the driver £4 for the barrier also meant same on return £4.50 could only be paid by card
If we’d known this beforehand it would have been more cost effective to book elsewhere. Also we had a 20 minute wait while other meet & greets have had our vehicle there waiting for us
