We contacted the driver 20 minutes before we arrived at the terminal and he met us there .when we came back we called him and he met us 15 minutes afterwards the only issue is description of the pick up and drop off details are different to the instructions on the website .
We had to drop off and meet the car at the passenger drop-off area which can be a bit deceiving because you don't know exactly where to stop and wait part from that service is good
