Drop off was fine, pick up was well below par car was not there to meet me so no need and no greet.
The driver finally turned up he then tells me i have to pay £2 to get out of the carpark, something you don't need when returning on a late flight.
Just add to the overall charge and get your drivers to get the ticket so your customers get in the car and drive off, as my daughter did using your competitors, for the same price, so 1at and last time not quite meet and greet as advertised.
