Terrible service from start to finish. Wasn’t a meet and greet as I know it. The reason I got this is because I had my 89 year old grandfather with me who can not walk far. It ended up being more hassle than it was worth. On arrival, instructions said to call When 30 minutes away, I did, foreign lady said to just call for directions when 10 minutes away. So I then did that, We were directed to the orange car park which was getting further and further away from the entrance, pulling up, no one greeted us, we waited 10 minutes, baring in mind we had called her twice to tell her our arrival. After another phone call to see what is going on, a woman was slowly walking down the path towards us, in no hurry, having a coffee, she approached us and asked for our booking print out. No sorry for the wait no nothing, we even had to ask for more directions to get into the airport as she wasn’t even going to politely guide us in the right direction without being prompted by us to do so! I also had to give her £8, in which she had no change of my £10 so said she would leave the change in the car for arrival. We had no time to waste, my grandfather walks very slow so we had to get a move on. Holiday was fabulous no problems from start to finish (other than meet and greet) Upon return, meet and greet require you to call whilst collecting baggage. This is what I did, I was told there would be a wait. Again, this is just not great service for a meet and greet service. I asked why the wait, he said the cars were frozen, I asked him to start unfreezing ASAP and we can meet him outside in 10-15. The gentleman then said there was a few more pick ups before us. It just wasn’t good enough, then we were directed to another long walk to where he would be. He wasn’t there and we were stood in the cold for 15 minutes at 10pm at night. The gentleman when he turned was actually really friendly and nice, apologetic and then advised us we had another £4 to pay to get out. I asked why I paid £8 to the lady, and apparently it’s a different charge, surprise surprise, the £2 change from the lady with the coffee was nowhere to be seen, even her colleague couldn’t understand what she had done with our change. He kindly gave me the £4 as a kind gesture, and obviously cover the tracks of the foreign lady staff member who had kept my change in the first place. All in all, I wouldn’t use this company again, it isn’t meet and greet, it’s more, money and runey! They take your money and mess you around for the privilege. Opposite to stress free- avoid this service.
