The drop off went well. The pick up was a little slow. We waited for 30mins as opposed to the 15-20 promised. After a 2nd follow up phone call, the operator said they had initially sent the wrong car. All was well in the end and the handback of the car was quick. For the money, I'd recommend this as a service.
