I had placed an order a while ago and it never came. I sent an email letting them know I never received my order. They told me to wait a week and if it hasn't come give them a call. Well it never arrived and Marc let me know that they would send out another order and track it for me. I just received my order over the weekend like they promised and planted them immediately. I sent out an email thanking them for their help. I would definitely be ordering from them again because they care about their customers needs and make sure your order arrives to you and very nice.
