I purchase seeds a year ago and 3 didnt germinate. I asked for guarantee seeds to be sent. WSE said they would with my next purchase to save postage fees. I bought some different seeds and received them , but no replacement seeds. Once again some didnt germinate. I contacted WSE to say that I didnt receive my seeds as promised and some seeds did not germinate again. Once again they said they would send with a new order. I ordered once more and received the seeds with neither of the two replacement seeds. I have emailed 4 times asking them where they are with no reply
