My shipment was lost somewhere along the way which happens with any form of mail occasionaly. . I informed the team and we waited the prescibed time to make sure it wasn't just slow mail . Then Quint responded to my email and dipatched the same order again (without cost to me) and this time it arrived safely in 2 weeks . It is not my first purchase from them but with this kind of service and communication I will be also happy to buy from them in the future .
