I have been ordering from WSE for years. I always receive my orders within a week. Great germination rate and fantastic harvest. My last order I did have some that did not germinate which is extremely rare. I contacted WSE and they got back to me within a hour. The next day I received a email saying replacements have been shipped. Their customer service is very helpful and easy to work with. I won’t use any other seed banks, I highly recommend them.
