Full disclosure: I'm a longtime customer so I have some history with this company. The most recent interaction is very different from our last few, as the last few times before this one were excellent, even beyond excellent actually. This time however, things got very messy due to some communication challenges/delays, (it was a 420 purchase so understandable). There was a delivery to a wrong address 3 hours away, (that at this time is still unrefunded/unreplaced), multiple assurances that it was going to be delivered properly by customer service, (after numerous emails), a request for me to connect with the delivery company what the problem was, (and it was in fact that they had delivered to the wrong address), which is something that they could have easily checked themselves, etc. Not an ideal transaction, but mistakes happen, and I'm hoping it gets rectified. If this issue is fixed, I'll happily change or delete my review but as of right now it is not EDIT: They took the time to fix it. Thanks WSE!
