It's clear and straightforward. I read the 'weflip' website carefully first. That took me maybe 15 minutes. I'm a slow reader but I did want to get it right. Then I collected the information they said they would need. That came from my last bill, my last annual energy summary and my bank statement. That took 10 minutes or so, maybe less. I talked it over with my wife and then went back on to the 'weflip' website to complete the questions.
