I know it's a pretty much automated system, and I can stop flipping from occurring, but I'm happy to be flipped for a better price, but not if it flips me onto a completely unacceptable service provider such as "tonik". I had simply the worst customer service experience with them and have been forced to get a manual flip away from them ASAP.
Another point is that as a result, I'm now left with remaining balances to pay for two providers in a short period of time...
