I signed up with Josh for a short period of 6 weeks and loved everything about it – that Josh was flexible enough to let me have a short course, that he accepted me although I was a very a-typical client, belonging to the generation of Josh’s and his clients’ parents – a fit and healthy specimen, but nevertheless a parent.
In a very short time, Josh helped me to get back to fitness - after months of the lockdown procrastination with glasses of wine and plates of cheese in front of TV. Most importantly, he explained to me the significance of protein in a diet, especially if one wants to lose weight. In 3 weeks I had my muscles toned and lost 3 kg! By the end of my course, I was back to full fitness, and when my gym re-opened, I was ready to build on everything I’ve achieved.
