item ordered 17th dec delivery was supposed to be 0n 21st dec or before . Did not arrive before xmas. E mailed to ask whether it had been posted before xmas- no response, Had to file a request in e bay before anything was done . Finally rec
in January. No explanation - no apology. Will not use again
