i’m very very happy ! first parcel was lost by hermes (i’m not surprised) so after contacting customer service i was offered other delivery with different courier, parcel arrived fast and item as expected!!! staff very helpful and friendly !!! i want to thank everyone for help and sorting me out ! and i can recommend to anyone ! fantastic customer care nothing else to ask for , thank you x
