I purchased a hoodie of a size L as that's usually my size. After receiving the product i realized that the size L is very tight and did not want to risk it possibly get smaller by washing in the future as it would make it impossible to wear. I contacted Wellcoda customer service to exchange my hoodie for a size up. Monika, customer service assistant, was amazing in dealing with my issue and offered free replacement for size XL and said i can keep the original one to gift a friend or family member. This gesture was completely unexpected from my side and i was more than pleasantly surprised and happily accepted the offer. The new hoodie arrived few days later and it fits as i would have hoped.
