Item wrongly shipped from UK to Canada instead of Croatia, and then again from Canada to Croatia, which resulted in huge delay and I barely escaped adittional custom/duty charges. It would be nice if I was at least offered some discount or some small gift as an apology for waiting so long and having to bother with customs/duty to avoid paying adittional cost because item was wrongly sent outside EU.
