I received a t-shirt which had a mark on it, but the manager Martin got the item that I wanted out to me the next working day and the t-shirt was picked up saving me time.
He also sent me a very nice message hand written and a gift card. Enough is said when somebody gives bad service but he over came the problem with extremely good service and promptness of receiving the product.
Encouraging me to continue shopping with then and they will now be my first port of call for purchasing garments.
An extremely happy customer.
