Customer service was appalling. My order was delivered to the wrong address as Wellgosh entered the wrong postcode for my street. They were impossible to contact by phone and by email
Just told me to sort it out myself, though DPD only allow the sender to change address. After many hours of trying, my order was re-routed, missed my delivery date and was delivered 5 days later.
