I ordered a water bottle for a holiday and paid for standard delivery. After not receiving the package, I had to follow up with the company twice before the bottle was shipped. I had ordered the bottle to take with me on holiday, but as it came around 3 weeks late, I didn't get to use it.
The bottle however is exactly what I wanted and I cannot complain about it!
