Let themselves down a bit on the mail order
Ordered on Monday by lunchtime - not shipped til Thursday and no replies to emails asking for updates
No way to speak to anyone as the phone number is only for the store and three times it went to voicemail with no way of leaving a message . Maybe short staffed?
I’ve just returned something so hopefully that goes a little smoother and quicker.
