I have purchased from this store multiple times; all a very enjoyable experience. However, the new refurbished site (format/layout) makes searching through the 'Sales' section much harder. Having the option to further narrow down your search would make it much easier for customers to access, such as being able to select the 'Brand' you would like to browse in the 'Sales' section. An 'About Us' section would also be beneficial: I like to know who/where I am buying from, especially if I have not shopped from that store before, and so it would be useful for first time customers. Other than that, everything is very well. Legitimate, good range of products and brands, easy-to-navigate payment process, shipping options (free UK delivery), and products have always arrived in good condition.
