I was pleased with the customer service, as I found the team very willing and able to answer my queries.
However, I was very disappointed to find that the shirt I bought was not in its original packaging, with no labels included. There was no indication of this when I paid for the item. I would expect Wellgosh, like most other shops, to sell this as a ex-display item.
