It took a while before they sent out shipping confirmation because they were figuring out which method to use for international shipping. I told them I preferred a particular shipping method and they agreed. The package arrived after a month via Royal Mail, which is normal for packages coming from the UK (I live in Asia). All in all, an ok experience in spite of confirmation not being as fast as I'd like, since they were flexible with their shipping methods and they replied to my emails. Also love the shoes I got! It was worth the wait.
