Did not receive/can't seem to find my tracking no. after 5 days of purchase. Sent an e-mail to the support team and what surprised me was a really prompt reply from Erica Forshaw! Not only did she reply within minutes, she gave me a solution to my issue. It was really commendable and I hope this good news gets passed down to her. Only thing now is to wait for the arrival of my shoes.
