Got my order completely wrong (2 different items to what ordered were sent), however the support team were quick to respond.
Offered to replace items and send me a money off by way of inconvenience,
Replaced items turned up quick enough, but no money off voucher received. They did send some stickers though, but I'm 46 and don't have a school book to stick them on!
