Your form of shipping was very good! The moment of purchase to me receiving my shoes was very good! I am generally happy, with my purchase from Wellgosh but there's one thing you guys have obviously neglected to do, which sort of bothers me, you haven't explained to to FootPatrol that the option for a customer to be able to track their purchase is one the most important factors, with any online purchase. You can smile, now that you see I'm joking around, but seriously, FootPatrol does not supply the customer, with any tracking information, what so ever. I have an agreement with my local Post Office, to hold my boxes, so I can physically pick them up. I happened to be there one day and they told me there were some packages for me from FootPatrol. I emailed them with a complaint that I probably won't by from them again, due to the fact that they don't supply tracking information and in a very respectful and well articulated response, they basically said they were sorry and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase.
