Not direct feedback at yourselves, but I bought some sneakers several days ago to be shipped to australia, the tracking number provided via Royal Mail is useless - all it says is "it's on it's way" !!! Like I said not feedback at your service but I have no idea where it is. Occasionally I have to pay extra duties on shipments into Australia but with the service you offer through Royal Mail I'm totally in the dark as to the status of my order. I buy a lot of sneakers online (as there's no good stores over here) and this is the poorest delivery tracker I've experienced. Again, no negative feedback on my shopping experience with your site, but the forwarders are very poor.
