I was pleased with the product and fast shipping. That piece was excellent. However, I ordered the wrong size. Then I emailed customer service and never received a response. I then had to place another order for the correct size and pay shipping again. So I paid shipping twice yet i received 1 box with both pairs of shoes. It is my faultI placed the wrong order. But their is no excuse for not resounding to an email even if the order had already gone out. That is not the case here since both orders came in the same package. Also each order had a different shipping address. There is a lack of attempting to detail. I will continue to try getting food service from this business and hopefully wore a review that will make people want to shop on this website.
