Hey, I have a couple of problems with my experience, mostly with the way my item was delivered, because it seriously seems like a ton of luck that I got it in one piece: 1) the box came damaged. Like it literally had a whole in it. And it was a pretty big one, I'm sending a pic attached. 2) no1 wouldn't be much of a problem, if my jumper was packed into some sort of a bag, or just wrapped in plastic foil, maybe in bubble wrap. As I got it, it was just my jumper and an invoice thrown loosely into the box. It is a problem because, especially during the winter, those boxes can get wet and the item could very easily become stained. Hell, something could have even spilled into my box, since it had a huge whole in it. 3) You are using DPD, the worst carrier in the world, as your only delivery option. The deliver time was pretty long but still acceptable, but contacting them (for example about changing the delivery address) is a huge pain, plus you've seen the way they treat boxes.
