You took money from my account over the Xmas period for a pair of boston supers then 10 days later informed me that you were refunding me for the the trainers. So not only did I not get my trainers you never gave me the opportunity to buy from elsewhere in the sale and also had my money! Very disappointed with your service of a loyal customer
