I recently placed an order and made an error that would require a refund. It was a Sunday, and the offices were closed; however, I sent an email explaining my mistake and requested a refund and was delighted to receive an email early Monday morning from PayPal notifying me of the refund, plus an email from Wellgosh letting me know it had been done. Great service!
