service is not great. delivery fast but i had asked for a size replacement that i saw was available and was given a refund instead saying it wasn’t available (minus the £5 which I am guessing was delivery that isn’t refunded?). i then had to buy it again in the smaller size I had requested on the exchange form.
So overall, really not happy about wasting time re-ordering and being charged an extra £5 for delivery but due to speedy delivery by DPD and overall discounted price, I would probably use again.
