I appreciate that the company sent out the product quickly. However, I have concerns about the quality of the item. It arrived with no official packaging and was sold as new. The item looks worn and the quality looks a little shoddy. I understand they are not responsible for the creation of the product but they are selling it. Other than that it is a decent company.
