All as expected - very prompt delivery and very smooth return process (could be automated though with less manual form filling ;)). I ordered shoes in my regular size but apparently Adidas has its own unique sizes that don't align with Nike's, New Balance's, Van's or Converse's - so I had to request an exchange which was handled brilliantly efficiently.
