This review would have got at least a 'good' if it wasn't for the very poor delivery of the shoes I purchased. I took up the option to request the parcel be put in a secure, dry place (I specified exactly where). However, the parcel was discovered in an open, empty recycling container which was filling up with rain water - and the parcel was soaked through to the shoes inside. Thankfully, they were not damaged but this service was shocking.
