no order confirmation was send after i ordered and payed a pair of shoes for around 115 euro. shipping cost were a crazy €15 (GB to germany). after 8 days i inquired where my order was, and at least wellgosh’s complaints management works very well and effective. it seems that my complaint triggered the shipment, which then took another 3 days to my doorstep. overall it took wellgosh 11 days to deliver an order of an item that was advertised as being in stock.
not a very pleasant shopping experience.
