Really disappointed to be honest, ordered some socks via website, sizing wasn’t clear at all just S/M/L with no other guidance , went with what I thought, but turned out to be wrong after slipping one sock on for less than 3 seconds to try. When I contacted to ask if I could swap was told no as I had “worn” them. Which of course is incorrect. If I had “worn” them they would fit; which these didn’t. Explained situation, was offered 20% of another £18 pair! Which is minimal. Been a loyal customer for a number of years and honestly don’t think I’ll shop here again, as didn’t feel them person I dealt with understood or cared.
