Really quick delivery of the item ordered. I did get an email 2 days after ordering saying my item was still in my basket and I needed to checkout even though the system said the item had been dispatched. The reply from customer services was confusing and they weren't sure if the item had been dispatched. Thankfully the item arrived the next day.
