The Item arrived soaking wet and I proved video and photo documentation to Well Pack. Customer service denied a refund and hung up the call on me. Furthermore, they do not reply to my e-mails. One more detail is that, even if the item arrived intact, they folded 4 times a large cardboard box which makes the cardboard look already used. I do not understand how these guys work...
