Ordered the Wyverns Classic Gin and personalised gin for my wife's birthday but DPD messed up the delivery and thought it would spoil the surprise for wife's birthday next day.
Chris at Wessex Gin was brilliant and said he'd get the delivery returned and re do the order and delivered it personally that evening as he lived 30 mins away.
Was over the moon at such excellent understanding and customer service.
Wife loved her gift and the gin is excellent, sings all the right notes and will definitely buy again.
