I am so impressed with Wessex Distillery! I ordered a bottle of personalised gin for my friend, then decided to order a glass too. I had to pay delivery on the glass as Iād dive it as 2 separate transactions which was entirely my own fault. Wessex noticed, put the orders together and refunded my delivery fee without even being asked. This is the excellent service you get when people take care about things. Delivery was quick and presentation was excellent. Thank you! My friend was chuffed to bits š
