Had towbar and vehicle specific electrics fitted, when I hooked up to my trailer side lights stayed on with key out of ignition, returned it after a couple of hours they said it was done, next time I hooked it up indicators and side lights didn’t work, phoned them and they said it had to go back because it was vehicle specific and had to be reprogrammed, but it’s a 70 mile trip every time I go there, so took it to a local garage who said the wiring was a complete mess and ending up replacing the electrics completely (they gave me the old wiring kit and offered to write a report but I can’t be bothered. So western towing (supposedly specialists) got the wiring wrong twice, local garage got it right and it has been fine ever since, even though it cos me another £250 So be warned they charge over £600 for towbar and single vehicle specific wiring on my Jeep but haven’t got a clue regarding the wiring disgusting service will never use again
