If you want a company that cares about its owners, Westgate Resorts is NOT for you. You can contact them in writing, telling them time and time again that you were lied to about timeshare ownership, but they do not care. They take four months to respond to you. Sure you will get small emails during that time, but we have found that the more we write to complain, the shorter their overall responses become. They do not research our complaints, they don`t provide you with answers (just excuses), and they will pretty much call you a liar. We know what happened to us and if you want a timeshare, go somewhere else immediately. They are the WORST company we have ever done business with. When you call to try to talk to a live person, you have to put all your personal information in, and still, no one provides you with any solutions. We are sorry we ever trusted Westgate Resorts. They lie and steal your money. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCHEMES!
