Customer service is the worst I've ever come across, no phone, no email just only online chat. They delivered the wrong panels, then they delivered only one panel (which was broken) and not two. I had to wait extra days and pay for a plumber to return a second time. Asked for discount or reimbursment for all this time lost and extra cost for the plumber from your companys mistakes. They said it wasn't their fault but the supplier! I pushed and they said they would talk to the manager. No reply and website now deamed unsafe by google. Don't use this company.
