I purchased the bubble wellies for my 14 month old (size 3) and they are perfect! I struggled to get wellies that would do the job because he is new to walking outside but he's ready for it and I live in the wettest part of the UK so wellies are essential! He's small so more like a size 2 but these fit really well and they really are very light which is great for new walkers he got the hang of them super quick and had ao much fun splashing in muddy puddles 😂 I would highly recommend.
