Customer service from Matt has been really good. He queried the crazy incorrect strap measurement I provided with my original order and helped me to get it right. He enclosed a tool for removing links and the watch is beautiful. A lovely gift for my husband. We do have an issue with a missing pin on the strap but Matt is on the case to resolve this and has been very prompt to respond to my email about it.
