Watch was bought as a present for my husband but the strap was too big. Ordered the 'fixing tool' as an extra little birthday present. Site was easy to find, easy to navigate and price was reasonable. Came the day after I ordered, well packaged and protected. Only positive things to say - Oh and the watch is brill too!!
