Very impressed! There were one or two website issues, admittedly (the Contact Us link returned a "not found" message and the Christmas returns policy wasn't mentioned so I had to call and check) but nothing major. The watch itself is great, and was delivered less than 24 hours after it was ordered (I commend the choice of courier - their communication was very impressive). All my dealings, through email and phone, have been with friendly, helpful staff. I used to deal with customer orders (to store and posted direct), admin and returns issues for an international retailer, so I can say - both professionally and personally - very well done.
