I chose your product initially because I believe in your ethical standpoint, so when I stupidly dropped my Kappa on a tiled floor on holiday I was heartbroken! When I returned home I was delighted with the simplicity of the instructions and cost and speed of the repair. After sales service is almost more important than the initial purchase - so I would recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone with the slightest worries.
